Who’s asking?
I’m Danny — the person who designs, builds and looks after every Studio Niwa site. I’ve spent over a decade building websites and software products, and these days I put all of it into calm, credible sites for therapists, practitioners and coaches. The questions draw on Stanford’s Web Credibility Research — which found that around 75% of people judge a business’s credibility by its website design — and on usability research showing first impressions form in about 50 milliseconds.
